On Track Multi Services

The team at On-Track, were honest and hard working. They came to replace 6 rotten fence posts, and 6 rotten panels at our property. They were honest when they started digging, there were unforeseen problems, they quickly came up with a solution and continued the project. Only causing a minor delay, they still managed to finish everything in the timeline they quoted. Great group to work with, would hire them again for fence repairs or replacements.

I live in an RV Park in S. Surrey & the new owners of the park request for this service to be done before the freeze as there are some problems with the aging water system. Anyway I contacted this company and they were very pleasant with contacted for such a small job, that in the past, I would have been very able to do myself, save being a Handicapped senior. Markus was sent to me, and what a dear young man! He completed the job in under 30 minutes, and was very courteous & friendly and more importantly very knowledgeable about what was required. I would b would without hesitation refer this company for any job, and will very likely be calling them again as other work is needed.

I hired this company to remove the boulevard grass, and replace it with landscape fabric, river rock, and edging. Grub infestation and raccoon damage had made a mess and I wasn’t prepared to spend any more time and resources on the area. My arrangements were made mostly with Kevin (the owner). The crew, headed by Jason the foreman, arrived on time. They worked very diligently but at the end of the day it became evident that due to a miscommunication, there wasn’t enough river rock to fully cover the area. When Kevin learned of this, he took immediate ownership of the issue and promised to make it right. Today he personally delivered the rock and with the help of a helper the rock was spread out and the boulevard is beautiful once again.

This is a company that cares about the quality of their work. Their price is fair and everyone is eager to please the customer. I highly recommend this company, and will undoubtedly use their services again.

I had overgrown flower beds and parking pads that needed addressing. We opted to go with low maintenance crushed rock to add some curb appeal. On Track was amazing. The crew was polite, always punctual, they even pointed out things that I should watch for in the future (drain tiles and leaking from the edge of the roof) which were extremely helpful. Kevin was onsight and always available to answer any questions or concerns (not that I had any). I really appreciated the crew explaining what they were doing throughout the process. When the job came to a close they even pressure washed the driveway and then hosed down my car because apparently a little dirt splashed up -- who does that these days? I couldn't recommend On Track more highly. You won't be disappointed. Thank you, Kevin, for your detailed eye and thorough commitment to see the job through.

On Track Multi Services helped us with our little project. They came on time each day with their crew ready to work and were always prepared. Although our project was small, they didn't mind taking it on. They were in and out in two days which was quicker than we expected!

On Track Multi Services did the yard prep and excavation for my retaining wall project.  They also helped build our retaining wall and it turned out better than we could have imagined.  They did an excellent job and were great to deal with.  I look forward to using them again and working with them on our next project.
