Warm Cozy Cozy

I called warm cozy cozy to come out as I knew we had a raccoon in the attic. They came and assessed our damage. They told and SHOWED pictures of the damage that the raccoon(s) did. Tons of feces and most of our air ducts were chewed or completely damaged. They gave me a quote and we came to an agreed price. They were there the same day and removed all insulation, vacuumed the attic and sealed all cracks and any holes. They showed me their work and then went to sanitize and deodorized, not sure which they do first. Put all new insulation and air ducts throughout attic. They made sure to lay plastic every where!! There was no mess when they were done for me to clean up. They took all trash and and anything we didn't want from attic. And this all took place on a SUNDAY! Highly recommend them.
