GiG Renovation did the work in my old weary guest bathroom, bringing it back spectacular life! Gabriel was professional, polite, efficient and a focused worker, always keeping me in the loop of what was being done, why, and what the next steps were going to be, not to mention, offering suggestions/recommendations along the way. There was never any mess anywhere else in my home and at the end of the work day the work area was tidied and equipment stored neatly aside ready for the following day.

Gabriel completely changed our 3rd floor bathroom to a beautiful one. His work was at an exceptionally high standard - more than my wife and I could have hoped for. We saw the degree of care, diligence and professionalism he put into the project and the result completely transformed our bathroom. The room, especially the shower, is now so welcoming that all family guests choose to walk up to the 3rd floor to use it!

The project involved tricky levelling of the bathroom floor, floor tiling, shower wall and floor tiling, walls, a special pebelled plastering repair for the wall around the window, light fixtures, marble framing of the shower foundation and installation of a tall toilet, pedestal bathtub, vanity, faucets and the shower tap, hose, fittings, glass walls & door.
In addition to his professionalism, Gabriel and his father are both a pleasure to work with - leaving the work area tidy at end of day, keeping us informed throughout and real gentlemen.
We are lucky to have had them work on our project.

GIG construction are excellent. Gabriel is a true professional. He does exactly what he says, he has a fantastic eye for detail, and he proactively solves problems as they arise, which in an older home like ours, definitely happened. We are extremely satisfied with his work which is very high quality. They were also a delight to have in our home while the work was being carried out. Cannot recommend highly enough. Gabriel was recommended to me when I was looking to renovate the 2nd floor bathroom of my Dad's house before the sale of it.

Firstly, Gabriel's prices were very competitive. Secondly, and most importantly, his references were amazing. Each and every person were very pleased with his work--how quickly and thorough he got things done and each person said they would hire him again for their next project.

Gabriel is one of the 'old school' contractors that rebuilds with the highest quality from the foundation to the finish! He takes tremendous pride in his work. The workmanship is second to none (the tiling and grout lines are perfect!) and keeps the work area very clean. He has a great eye for what looks good, but will consult with you, the client to ensure their satisfaction.

We are beyond pleased with Gabriel's work and anybody that has seen pics or the work itself LOVES the bathroom and has nothing but high praise for Gabriel!--a few have taken his business cards with them as well!

On this project, he also did some other work for us, on short notice, helping us out when we were in a pinch! Thank you, Gabriel!

(Fun fact: I had the bathroom at my own house renovation over 15 years ago and I believe Gabriel was sub-contracted by the company and worked on this project. Let's just say the bathroom has stood the test of time!)

Complete basement renovation.
I hired G.I.G. for a complete basement remodeling, which included tearing down old basement and building a new one from scratch, including a complete washroom. It was a big project that went on very smoothly starting with scraping and demolition of the old basement to bare walls, designing a new layout to include a hallway and a bathroom, up to the end, resulting in well done job.
In four weeks we had a new and modern basement and we are very pleased with the result. I'm glad we've trusted Gabriel with this project and I would hire and recommend G.I.G. for any renovation projects.

Gabriel and his father did massive renovations for us. We have a 142 year old house. The two bathrooms and kitchen were done. . Gabriel was prompt, and thorough. He was very neat and cleaned up fully at the end of each day. He was always very patient if we had questions. They provided quality work and were excellent problem solvers.
