installation of stairs and drywall repair
We needed to have a staircase replaced along with the necessary drywall repair that goes with it (and other drywall repairs) in advance of preparing a house for sale. Pete and his team provided a competitive quote for the work and finished the job to spec in the agreed upon time and without any budget adjustments. In addition, Pete is a friendly professional with excellent communication skills. Because the work site was not our home, he provided photos of the work and progress along the way. That was a nice touch, and appreciated.
