Thank you so much for the amazing work you did for our family. Our trees were very challenging as they were very thin but very very tall. Jin and his team worked very hard for two days and made our backyard feel like it grew by 20 feet. I also appreciated their very thorough clean up at the end of each day. They came out to look at my tree and provided a quote for removal after climbing up the tree to inspect it. After I received approval from the city to remove it, they scheduled the removal. During that time, I coordinated access on the scheduled date with my neighbors since some of the branches went over neighboring properties. On the day they were scheduled to cut down the tree, they arrived and informed me that it was too complicated a job and that they wouldn't do it after all. Now, I have to get back in the queue with another company after wasting several weeks waiting for them. Disappointing experience to say the least.

High Tree Service did a great job pruning some large limbs that were overhanging our deck from a very large walnut tree in our backyard. They were efficient throughout the process of quoting to completing the task. The price was fair and would highly recommend them.

Contacted High Tree Service to come quote on pruning 3 large branches spanning across my pool and deck. They arranged to come stop by the next day to provide a quote after finishing another job across town. Mr and Mrs Bae was able to offer to start the job immediately and would be able to complete it in a few hours. They safety completed the pruning of the branches over the pool and deck taking much care to not damage my pool cover and deck. I was quite impressed with the clean up and everything was removed. The kids enjoyed watching Jin work up in the tree. Glad you stopped by two years back to talk to me and give me your card.
