Phil and his son cleared all the mold from my attic. It is pristine. one of the guys at Avenue Road Roofing couldnt believe how it looked brand new. They also cut out some affect drywall for me. They left the job site clean. Phil has been doing restoration for 15 years and it showed in his experience as well as conversations about the removal process compared with another guy I spoke to who didnt even know what was in the mold killing product. Phil also ran a hepa filter in the house for a couple days for me so we could make sure we got everything plus help clear the treatment odour. He wasnt the cheapest quote but really took the time to explain the process as well as the best time to do it. Defiently recommend
