My wife and I couldn't be happier with the service from Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. Everything from there sales rep David, to the office staff to the full installation crew. It took their team one full day to completely remove and install our windows and doors. I have already recommended them to family and friends.

Frim beginning to completion the process was smooth. Workers kept me updated of the progress due to climate changes but the end result was great. Workers very friendly.

The experience we had from the beginning was amazing. The gentleman that did the quote was very professional and knowledgeable. The installation went as smoothly as can be and the communication was second to none. It's a superior product that was installed. We had a pressure crack in one of the basement windows and it was replaced quickly with no questions or hesitation. Great service from beginning to end. Very good price compared to other companies, great service during initial estimate and proposal. Very good support during visit to their store to review the products. Windows arrived even sooner than estimated. Great workmanship during installation. The installer came every day from early morning and worked till late at night to ensure speedy installation. 6 months since installation and even with temperature change, everything is looking and working great.

Salesman Scott was very informative and a great guy to talk to. He explained everything that was involved and helped me through the process. Gord was another one who was thoughtful and easy to deal with, very helpful as well.
The installers were methodical and worked very hard, in sweltering heat, to get the job done right and they surely got it right. And they were a pleasure to deal with, very nice.
