CONSUMER DIRECT WINDOWS AND DOORS - LOCAL SHOWROOM

In 2023 (July) Consumer Direct Windows & Doors installed a picture window, ~ 8ft x 5ft. The planning was thoroughly done and the lead-time for the window was ~ 8wks. The installation team (2person) completed the removal and install of the window in less than 2 hrs.

The end result is the window met our expectations and I have received a number of positive comments from neighbours and passers-by.

This is the second time that we have had windows manufactured and installed by Consumer Direct, ie in 2022 we had 3 windows replaced.

My current plan is to have Consumer Direct replace a further 2 windows in 2024.

I had received much higher quotes from 2 other companies before I talked to Mike Musso from Consumer Direct. Mike was able to find the perfect windows for a very good price. The installers were very polite, quick and thorough It was an all round pleasant experience. I love my new basement windows.

My new windows and patio door is beautiful but more importantly they are well insulated and kept the draft out last winter.

The installers were very patient and attentive and as a result we found a hole in the wall where the old patio door was and where water had been leaking into my basement (I had previously tried exterior waterproofing and sealant which did not stop the leak). They sealed the hole before installing the new patio door and there has been 4 heavy downpours and no rain leaked into my basement. I am very pleased.
