These guys are amazingly efficient.
Drew was able to provide a quote based on the photos that I sent, and the friendly crew arrived early in the morning, led by foreman Kevin.
Without much ado, Kevin inspected the site, determined the order of operation, and within minutes all the required tools were brought inside, and the work started.
I was amazed to see how fast Kevin and the crew tackled one task after another. The disposal bin arrived very soon, and was completely full by the end of the day.
The removal of the floor tiles in the kitchen went very fast, and so did the teardown of plaster on lath.
For the next day, the team needed scaffolding. It took them just minutes to set up, just half an hour to cleanly remove 17" tall textured ceiling in the large living area, and several minutes to disassemble the scaffolding.
This was money well spent, and allowed us to move on with the renovation.
