My dryer was making a loud, grinding noise. Zorik came over right away, quickly found and repaired the problem. He was on-time, superbly professional, friendly. His work was clean and thorough. Zorik explained what the cause was, what needed to be repaired, and then fixed the problem. On top of that, he took the time to inspect the rest of the dryer and pointed out, some potential future issues that I could prevent now with my own regular maintenance.

I would highly recommend Zorik and will definitely be calling him with any of my future appliance repair issues.
