Osumi was incredible to work with. They did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation as the whole process was smooth, and done with expertise. Osumi was proficient, skilled, and had excellent communication throughout the process. The bathroom is absolutely flawless, from the heated floors, to the newly inserted and designed shower niche. I would absolutely work with Osumi again, and would recommend to everyone.
