They came, they cut the tree down, ground the stump and then they were gone. The crew was polite and they cleaned up. Pretty simple process.

We asked a friend who owns a tree nursery for a recommendation for a tree arborist who could trim and clean out a 50 foot Norway Maple. We were told to connect with TreeRock because they are the best around and that is absolutely true.
That tree was in Sept 2020 and then in April 2021 we asked them to do the same work for another larger Norway. The administration and crew was excellent on both occasions: personable, professional, respectful, timely, and cleaned up so well afterwards that no one would know they had been there.
We recommended TreeRock to our friends who required similar work and they were equally pleased with the results. Do yourself a favour and call them for a quote before you use anyone else.

We have a very small yard with an in ground pool. Our neighbours tress were encroaching on our property directly over the pool. They needed to be trimmed back. Our concern was the limited space the crew had to complete this job. Unfortunately, this work had to be done manually because of the limited space. This wasn’t a problem for the crew.
The assessment was done, neighbours bordering our property were informed of the work being done. I was quite impressed with the knowledge the assessor had about the trees. The administration communication from this company was professional, detailed and prompt. The crew was punctual, professional, they were respectful of our
concerns, job completed successfully and by the crew cleaned up you wouldn’t have known the service had been completed. I actually recommended them to two other neighbours.

Efficiently run company, responsive to e-mails, phone calls and follow-ups. So professional and so nice for a change. The friendly, hardworking crew removed the large stump safely and efficiently. Clean-up was outstanding. I was completely satisfied with the job and would not hesitate to use them again.
