High Stream Moving

I have booked the high stream movers on May last week to move my house shifting from Toronto to Winnipeg and now it's August,it's been more than 2 months still no update when I'm going to get my items. Not only no update on the delivery but also no response to my emails and my calls being received but no one talking. I have waited for 10 mins and dropped the call. I did receive fee email response s initially from the person- Stacie who is the contact person for my order and said that I have to wait until they get the customers for full truck and she also said I chosen shared truck Soni need to wait and they are saying in the contract they didn't mention of the date of delivery. If no mention of delivery date then they should call out the same but intentionally they are trying to use the loophole in their own contract.But at least they should pick up calls and inform customers that they are unable to deliver and provide the other options. Its a big surprise for me that how these companies surviving in the market with this kind of poor cheap customer relations.
