Mountainview Windows and Doors

We had a very positive experience with Zack and his team installing our new windows and door. They were very professional, punctual, and answered any questions we had about the install and product. We were very pleased with the quality of work they produced and how clean they left the jobsite when finished.

Mountainview Windows and doors were recommended to me by a work colleague though I had also seen them at a house on my street at a previous address.
Zach came out the same day we called to measure and provide the quote. His quote was one of two i did and he came in way under the other quote but there was no lacking in quality or service.
Almost 2 months to the day after we placed our order the installers came to the house and installed our window and door. When they picked up the window one of the pages was cracked but Zach had already ordered and had made a new piece and attended the same day to install it.

The installers were very thorough, answered any questions we had and worked without a break to get the install done. They took all the waste away and our house was so clean when they left you wouldn't have known anyone had been here!

We have done previous window change outs over the years and the quality of this one was just as good, if not better, than our previous windows.

I phoned Mountainview & company owner-Zachary answered my call. He answered all my questions & gave me a rough estimate. He is very experienced & knowledgeable unlike other co's I phoned where person answering the phone knew almost nothing about prices/windows & had to wait for some sales guy to call me back. He then came to measure windows & gave final estimate.
He was able to install windows early as they were ready early so great & booked a time. He & his installers were excellent!!!; very careful, cleaned up outside & inside after installation & did an excellent job!!! He only carries an excellent quality product which carries a great warranty for install labor & product warranty.
I will without hesitation recommend him & his company to my friends & others needing windows as he is building his company on honesty & good referrals & a great product....well worth a 10* rating!!!

Zack and his crew were absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Starting with a prompt and detailed quote, keeping us updated on the production of our windows, and clearly communicating timelines. During the install they were on time, polite and friendly, and always cleaned up any mess created by the demolition and installation.

Zach and his team did a fantastic job on our full home window and door replacement. From initial quote to supporting our Greener Homes application and through to installation, Zach was great to work with.

Just couldn't let it pass for what a good job these folks did. It's been few weeks since our install. Thought I will share my feedback on the whole experience.

Product offering.
We had replaced all our existing dual pane windows to triple pane vinyl window it made huge difference for our home. Our heating runs less now. No more furnace turning on every 15 mins. Excellent windows.

Great customer service.
If you have some vinyl windows and please do check with these guys as they are very professional and understand windows very well. Zac has been pleasant and highly professional, he understands your window needs plus they know what is good for Alberta weather.

I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.
