We were more than pleased with master plumber Mike Blaney and his associates Justin and Jason from Orella Group who efficiently and expertly completed all necessary re-plumbing in our powder room renovation - repositioning toilet, vanity, water lines and associated drains - as well as correcting mistakes made by a previous plumbing company. Great communication, personable and professional at all times, making sure final fit and finish exceeded our expectations. Time from telephone initial contact to work completion was an amazingly quick 11 days, following all necessary Covid precautions. We would highly recommend this Group for any residential plumbing needs.

Mike and Justin were prompt with getting here when they said they would, and were thorough with their explanations as they completed the work to my satisfaction. I have used the for about 3 different jobs now, and will definitely continue using their services.

Came to snake my toilet, because yes we have a toddler. After that was done we decided to get two new toilets as the ones we had were 30 years old. I ordered and paid for both mid day and they were installed that night! I wish I had bought them sooner!

My child flushed a toy down the toilet, so we called Orella to request plumbing service. Adam showed up very promptly to help us out. He used a tool to pull the toy out of the toilet and got us back up and running very quickly.

The Orella Group team arrived to my house right when they said they would arrive. They were clean, prompt and explained the process regarding the shoddy workmanship from a previous contractor.

Mike was very friendly and funny and installed a few small extras for us at cost and mentioned that he takes great pride in knowing his customers are looked after.

My wife and I want a few new toilets and vanities installed and we will be using Orella Group for this and anything else plumbing related.
