Colin was very prompt in answering my email. He came to look at our tree, which looked in bad shape to us. He was so knowledgeable and told us a lot about our tree. He was kind, courteous, and very personable. It turned out the tree is fine and we weren't going to be giving him any business but Colin patiently answered all of our questions just the same. Great customer experience all around. We will definitely be calling him when it comes time for pruning and will look forward to seeing him again.
