Great roofing job done quickly and affordably
I was having difficulty getting a roofing company to remove the old shingles from my garden shed and installing new shingles. It seems that the job was too small to make it worth their while.
Then I contacted Steve of Qilin roofing and he came out to quote the job the next day. He obviously new a lot a bout rooves and made some suggestions about materials and dealing with a few concerns that I had about the roof. (It is a complex roof with lots of valleys and troughs.)
Steve took the time to explain how they would set up the job so that my garden would not be disturbed and that there would be noting left behind (like nails!)
I accepted his quote which was a lot less than I had been expecting and two days later the work team arrived in a clean and professional looking truck. The speed with which they set up tarps etc and got to work made it clear that they knew exactly what they were doing.
Steve examined the roofing boards once they had removed the shingles and told me that they were in good condition and did not need to be replaced.... so there would be no costs above what he had quoted!
5 hours later they were done and the area was completely clean as promised.
