I hired this company to replace my roof in May 2022. There were several issues with the quality of the work that they performed. I brought up the issues to their attention as soon as possible. At first they denied any wrongdoing and demanded payment. Once I provided undeniable evidence they reluctantly agreed to remedy the issues.

The workers cut corners while attempting to remedy the issues. When I brought it to their attention one of the workers became aggressive. They had decided to leave the roof not only unfinished, but vandalized. Vents and shingles were removed and thrown off the roof, leaving the roof very exposed (see photos) and the yard a hazard. The three vent holes (approximately 20 x 20 cm each) completely exposed the attic to rain and critters.

Ironically, the destruction which they inflicted actually made it possible to see that the quality of work that was hiding underneath the shingles was far worse than I had initially realized (roof underlayment incorrectly installed, vents not sealed, shingles not installed according the manufacturer guidelines).

I would avoid this company and any sister companies at all cost. It has been an expensive lesson for me (since they took the majority of the payment from me already), but hopefully I can save others from this nightmare. Don't be mistaken, their cash payment discount is not to benefit you, it leaves you without recourse when you finally notice the poor workmanship.

It is one thing to do a poor job, it's a whole other level to intentionally destroy someone's property. Avoid dealing with this company at all cost!
