We learned about Bedrock Basements from friends who had their basement renovated with them.

Dmitry and his team helped us complete our basement renovation. They completed some demolition, laundry plumbing, framing, electrical, insulation, flooring, drywall, mudding, painting and moulding. At each stage of the renovation Dmitry was available and promptly updated us on work schedule at each stage. When small set backs arose, we were provided with options and the team was open to feedback.

We found the experience of working with Bedrock Basements much more seamless than other contractors we have worked with. Would recommend to anyone getting their basement done.

Bedrock Basements just finished a basement in our house in Wasaga Beach. I would highly recommend using them as an honest, reliable and dependable contractor. My wife and I had a great experience from start to finish with Dmitri, our project manager, and his team. At the beginning of the project Dmitri spent a considerable time working with us on a basement floor plan and had great suggestions for ways to use the space. After few revisions he produced a 3D drawing that in addition to leaving spaces had all the desired features including a sauna room and a steam shower in the full bathroom next to it. The drawing provided a clear understanding of how our finished basement will look like at the end of the project and helped to establish the project scope and the budget. During the construction Dmitri was always available to answer any questions and was very helpful with providing choices of finishing materials, including floors, tiles, door hardware to name a few. He also had very helpful design suggestions. The project was well planned and finished in 10 weeks, as promised at the estimated cost. The team worked on a tight schedule very efficiently, being there almost every work day. All of the people who came to our house were respectful and did excellent work. We are very pleased with our finished basement!

Dmitry took the wild ideas I had in my head and executed them into the house of our dreams! His trades were all lovely and professional, leaving the house clean at the end of every day, and working miracles through my pregnancy to get us done in time for the birth of my son. The quality of workmanship is clean and precise, and we get compliments on it every time new people come through our home.

I have two young kids who keep pulling my attention, otherwise I'd write a much lengthier review singing Bedrock's praise. For now, I'll just say to go ahead of book them. You won't regret it!

We reached out to a few contacts and decided on Bedrock Basements because of Dmitry's knowledge of basement renovation possibilities within a reasonable budget along with being competitive to others on the market.

Dmitry is extremely responsive throughout the entire process and up front with how his crew works through the project to provide a good idea of how things will progress. I really appreciated the attention to freeing up the cluttered builder unfinished basement obstructions by rerouting plumbing, HVAC, and opening up the staircase as well as building a great feature piece around the HVAC / support beam all while explaining what was possible and why. Dmitry also included a great selection of tile, paint, trim, doors and custom made shelving finishes that help the space stand out.

The entire crew was professional and respectful of the property and had pride of workmanship as well. Dmitry hit all key milestones and ensured work continued throughout the entire project and was able to finish as scheduled. Very happy with the features, new space and function now added to our home.

The crew ensured the space was cleaned and provided touch ups for any minor damage during the fixture installations. A truly professional team!

My request wasn't exactly what Dmitry is used to doing, but he stepped up to the challenge of building us a beautiful custom basement bar and storage unit. He also replaced some of the floor and most of the lights in our basement. He was great to communicate with and all his subcontractors were clean and professional. Would definitely recommend.

I waited just over a year to write this review. I figured I would wait until the initial "WOW" wore off and we got accustom to our new added living space. I must admit, the feeling has yet to wear off!

When we were getting quotes for the project Dmitry suggested getting multiple quotes and his timeline and price was right in line with what other companies were quoting.
