Simple Issue- Perfectly handled

We had a loose faucet in our main bathroom tub/jacuzzi. The issue was quite simple - but very expertly and proficiently handled by Kyle. First off; Kyle is very punctual and an extremely courteous person. He understood the problem, explained to me each and every step that he was taking to find a solution to my problem. Fix was done quite quickly and efficiently.
I will definitely call Kyle again in my time of need and do recommend his services highly.
