Major Renovation Structural Engineer

General Contractors review in North York

They Received $3940 deposit on Oct 4, 2021, for zoning, renovation, and addition at 606 Broadway Ave. However, he neglected to submit the application despite being ready to do so. The zoning application was only submitted to the city of Toronto in June 2022. Farid failed to respond to the city councilor, ignored city emails, and did not provide required documents like the site survey and proper site plan. August 2022 he requested for more money $3160. He was given that amount. As of June 2023, zoning has not been obtained, and Farid is unresponsive to phone calls and city inquiries. He also lacks proper grading measurements, which are essential for such applications.
