Rob was extremely responsive and helpful. He helped fix the issue the next day and was extremely professional and polite. I will continue to use RG Home Improvements for any future issues we have with our unit.

This company was by far the lowest price but I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work. Who needs to pay $320 for someone to clean out my gutters??? Not ME!

Problems with the tile job:
Rob forgot to cut a hole in the tile for the floor air return, and tiled over the hole. When he returned to fix it, he cut incorrectly leaving obvious cuts in the tile that were exposed beyond the vent cover. See photo. He said he would come back and put the vent cover back in a way that covered the cuts rather than replace the tile. I had to insist that he replace the tile. Luckily I had an extra tile left over.
He said he checked the subfloor and made sure it was screwed down properly before laying the tiles. The floor is now creaking under the tiles in front of the toilet. It never creaked before the tile job and now I'll have to remove those tiles to figure out why it's now creaking before the tiles crack.
He did not use spacers between the tiles, and did not level the tiles so the floor is uneven in height from tile to tile so our feet catch on the edges, and visually they do not have equal spacing between them.
The grouting was insufficient..not enough grout used which made the uneven tiling more obvious. When Rob came back to fix the floor register tile, I asked him to fix the grout. He added more grout, which is now crumbling away.
It is likely I'll have to have the job redone.

The contractor came and did what he said he would do. He was also polite and friendly

Rob removed then replaced 4 boards on our deck, cleaned it up and took away the old boards

Rob was incredibly skilled at mounting a TV to our exact configurations wanted. The TV is flush to the wall and no cables are shown anywhere. Thank you Rob!

The workmanship and pride in the work is still there with this contract not like a lot of contracts out there.

He communicated what was going on and when he would be onsite and and if there were any changes or delays he let me know.

He cleaned up after he was done like he was never there.

I would hire him again. He came in on time and not extra or hidden charges he tried to get us for.

His price was more than fair for what current market is charging for anything.

My bathroom fan wasn't connected to the duct in the attic and I requested a service, Rob responded quickly and booked an appointment the next day. Rob arrived on time and get the fan fixed in 30 min.

I hired Rob to disassemble and then reassemble some beds at a new apartment. He also installed a TV mount for me. Very nice, punctual, and efficient! Would definitely hire again.

i had boughten a guitar set (unbuilt) and needed someone to come build it for me. from the sand work, painting, wiring, it turned out fantastic. he went above and beyond with my expectations and i couldnt be happier with my product.

not to mention i also had a guitar holder to hang up the guitar on the wall and he offered to screw it in for me. everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. again, couldnt be happier with this service.
