Great communication, showed up on time, did the job fast and so far, it seems as though the issue is solved. We have a Samsung refrigerator with a very common issue of the fan freezing up inside the refrigerator causing the fan to hit against the buildup of ice, which required replacing the whole panel. I would recommend Appliance Repair Crew Inc to others.

Called to repair my fridge as it was not holding a proper temperature. They quoted me $79 for the initial cost but it would be waived if service was needed. What they failed to tell me was their standard $255 service call different from the $79 diagnostic cost. Technician was super understandable that we were not happy or willing to pay such a high labour cost, especially if parts were needed to repair our fridge. Called the main office and went back and forth with managers who could not see their error in not disclosing a cost the company considered standard. I would not recommend them as there are other appliance repair companies with far better service and labour costs. In the end we chose to pay for the “diagnostic” fee but did not choose to have them complete the repairs.

Abhay was great! He came same day and new exactly what part to order. After we waited for the part to ship, he came back and fixed the refrigerator in 10 mins. Highly recommend!

I have used Saleem on numerous occations and has always been consistent, fair, on time and honest. When other repair men wouldn't even touch my LG refridgertor Saleem made it work. His text communication system that gives advance notice prior to arrival was great so we knew when to expect him. Very rare to have that kind of professional communication.

Saleem was great! When I called he answered the phone, listened to the issue, asked for pictures of my refrigerator with serial number, purchased the part and was out the next day to repair the fridge.
