I think they operate under different names< appliance crew, team etc. The guy arrived and fast talked, and sold me a part for DOUBLE the actual price at Reliable Parts. the so called technician also blabbered on about the harm of buying new machines, etc. Real Fast Talker. He also BROKE the side panel and snipped a wire at the back. So shocked to see how shamefully they prey upon an older lady. DO NOT USE THIS APPLIANCE, TEAM, WITH VARIOUS NAMES, IT SEEMS OR WHATEVER THEY CALL THEMSELVES.
