I got a technician to come in and check my stove, they misdiagnosed it saying I needed a new control board which would have cost me 700 so I bought a new stove. I plugged in the new stove and saw that wasnt working. I called another appliance company to get it checked and they said the other technician didnt check the electrical. I tried calling customer service and talking to a manager. After many attempts I got a hold of a manager who said they would call me back. They didnt, I called in the following days the company kept me on hold for longer then a hour, didnt connect me to a manager and began declining my calls. Once I called from another phone customer service was extremely rude and hung up on me. Tried to talk to the owner but couldnt get a hold of him. Terrible terrible terrible company
