We hire Professionals Movers for this time and I can honestly say that they lived up to the name PROFESIONAL. Ampy and crew were amazing, they were on time to start, they were very polite, friendly, and very hard workers. I would highly recommend them to do any moves. They take care of our stuff, and make sure not to damage anything or the building. They were just so pleasant and couldn't have ask for better movers.

I’ve used Professional Movers Ottawa for two moves - one within Ottawa, and one from Toronto to Ottawa. My husband has used them within Ottawa as well. They were great every time, starting from the call to go over the move, get a quote, and answer questions I had later by phone & email. On moving day, they arrived 5 minutes early with a great crew that worked well together, wrapped my furniture carefully, worked hard as anything, and even managed to get my giant freaking couch out of the apartment. The delivery to the new location was fast and careful. They were all nice and very professional, and made sure I had everything before they left. I’ve heard so many horror stories about moving experiences, but I’ve always had a good experience with Professional Movers Ottawa and would highly recommend them.

Every piece of furniture and every box was treated with care, and our few delicate pieces were handled with extra care. They came prepared and ready to work. They were on time, and packaged my furniture excellently. We thought because we were basically paying by the hour that they would drag their feet. But Roop and our other mover were highly efficient and quick. They took apart my king size bed (which was my main concern) and put it back together at our home easily. We used Professional Movers Ottawa to move locally and can recommend them highly. The three movers actually showed up half an hour before their arrival window began. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. Our couch at our new apartment didn't fit through the front door so, after getting landlord approval, the team dropped the couch out of the back of the unit above ours in order to bring it in the back. Definitely will recommend to friends and family!
