Bought a new LG fridge. French doors were misaligned from the factory. LG contracted Elite Appliance Service to perform a warranty service call. Elite arrived within 24 hours and quickly, professionally resolved the issue. LG and Elite are perfect partners. Great service from both!

My icemaker wasn't working on a fisher paykel fridge. Simon changed the part and it didn't work at first but he returned to get it going thanks! I would gladly recommend Elite appliance service!

Our fridge's craft ice maker was no longer working so we booked a repair with Elite Appliance Service Ottawa and the process was super simple. After scheduling a morning appointment, the technician arrived as scheduled and repaired the fridge very quickly. To make sure the repairs took, he made several follow-ups and even came back later that day to take temperature readings of the freezer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for efficient and professional repair of their appliances. (Repair order: 567504)
