Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator water dispenser drips after use. Called Elite appliance and they schedule a repair right away. Jankin attended and provided prompt, courteous and efficient service. We recently purchased a GE side by side refrigerator and was unsure if there was a problem with the temperature screen display. An appt was booked with Elite Appliance Service work order 550396. The technician was courteous, polite and did a full survey of the electronics. He explained the reason for what we were seeing and reassured us all was well. He provided us with his card should further problems occur with any of our appliances which is a great resource to have for a reputable appliance service.

The oven range control handles were no longer functional and the LED panel required replacement. The technician was able to fix both problems and parts arrived quickly. Great service.

We purchased a brand new LG fridge from The Brick in Kanata. The compressor was very noisy and we called Brick to report when they guided us to connect with the manufacturer LG directly. LG received our complaint and sent a technician from Elite Appliance to root cause and address the noisy compressor. The technician did a fabulous job in remediating the issue in a very professional and timely fashion. Highly recommend Elite Appliance Services to all.

Elite Appliance Service was contacted to replace a damaged fridge door that was still under warranty. Communication was fast and efficient and installation with their service technician was great. I cannot comment on pricing as it was covered by appliance warranty. I would recommend this company for appliance servicing.
