I was connected to this company via Samsung, to come and fix a problem that I'd had another company try to resolve.
The technician who came was friendly, polite, and took the time to explain everything to me. He was only supposed to come to assess the issue, but ended up fixing it at the same time.

The technician did not seem knowledgeable. All he did was call the GE and Samsung tech support line, which I can do myself. There was no dissassembly or troubleshooting the problem at all. It was a waste of $200, since all I got was a suggestion to that replacing the PCB "may help" with no assurance at all. I won't be using Elite Appliance again.

I did not choose this service, it was provided by Samsung when my 18 month old dryer started leaking a lot of water. He was here on time, and while it wasnt immediately clear what the issue was, I explained again (Id already explained to Samsung) and he identified and fixed the problem easily.

A stove igniter replacement ($40 part) cost $468 for one hour's work.

They came next day, notified well and the man was friendly and knowledgeable. But the price was atrocious!

Look somewhere else.

These guys were great - very professional, took the time to explain things to me, and noted that I should check the self clean function a couple of times while their work was under warranty. They also wore booties - it would not have been a deal breaker to me if they had not, but I know that this is important to a lot of folks.

Very satisficed with the service they provide. Technician was so polite and knowledgeable. He did service on time.
