Initially impressed by the contractor's professionalism and friendly demeanor, I engaged them for a time-sensitive project. Despite promises to meet the deadline, the project dragged on for over three months, putting me at risk of fines from the city. Communication deteriorated as delays persisted, and in the end, the contractor completely ghosted me. Disappointing experience overall. Was forced to find another Contractor who ended up doing the work for the same price who completed the work in less than one week of me reaching out to them.
