Edgar was a pleasure to deal with. He arrived with his team ready to work when he was there. Kept the site as clean and as organized as possible. Worked with me to make minor changes and improvements as the job went along. I decided to add insulation beneath the concrete slab, and Edgar accommodated my request. He also made suggestions based on his past experience. Since this was the first underpinning job I had ever been a part of, I really appreciated his honest feedback on how to make small improvements or adjustments. There were no surprises or hiccups during the project.
