. I tried to cancel my home security monitoring with roger because of the bad service and unreasonable price and to have another company with better service. To cancel I have to call them for more than 2 weeks, They do not have a direct phone number, you need to call Rogers first then they will transfer you and no one will answer. Eventually, was able to get hold of a supervisor and cancel the service. After 1 month, they did not send the Canada post return label and i have to call them again to send the label. Although ., I cancelled the service on October, and returned everything by Canada post. Still , I’m receiving a bill with a balance every month for the cancelled service. Every time, I try to call them to advise them the service was cancelled, was put on hold for few hours and no one answer. And although, I billed the balance of the first bill to avoid contacting them, still getting other bills every month with other balances.
Please think before wasting your time and money!
