not happy with the outcome or quality of stone
i found the company on Facebook. Found that the company was pressuring me to hurry up and make a decision. Multiple messages and phone calls. i don't feel that enough time was spent in the planning stage. The breakfast bar on my island is 9 3/4 inches and this is too small. i am very disappointed with the size of the breakfast bar. there was no conversation about how to make it bigger or what it would actually be. i feel like, you will take what we give you, does not matter what you want. i asked the island to be cut down to one level, the job was not satisfactory. the result was not straight and chipped the wood.
there are black marks and black lines on the quartz in many locations that i cannot get off. i was told to use Vim to easily remove it....it does not come off. there are bubbles in the edges of the stone.
the installation crew showed up an 1.5 late. i reached out a few times asking are you coming...
there was no communication about how the sink would be installed. clips came with the undermount sink that were not used, adhesive only.
i have heard from the company that they will make arrangements to come and correct the issues with the black marks and the bubbles in the stone. they will fix the sharp edges...
i will update the review when the issues are corrected.
So they are here fixing the issues. They said they cannot buff out the black lines on the edges because that is part of the sandwich process. They said all quartz counters have these lines.
Know that islands can only be 36 inches deep and your breakfast bar will be small and there will be sandwich lines on all edges of your countertops.
Overall not happy with the outcome which is too bad because I was so excited.
