I didn't get insurance due to the reviews despite having a 3 bedroom home packed and stores. The guys had great personalities however 3 televisions weren't even wrapped with one broke, many antique glass items also not wrapped and broken, my refrigerator had to be replaced, the dryer door glass was broken and I didn't open a box without finding something either broken or crushed. Furniture had been taped that wrapped off paint. Large glass picture frames broken and canvases torn because of the way they were stored with large items on top. Also brand new purple paint and walls chipped and dented. They have not settled with me as yet!
