To put in simple words I just want to say don't hire this company to do anything for you. They will leave work in between and never answer your calls, messages etc. They left the project in between even though I helped Vincent at every step. Gave him $1000 extra too but no appreciation. Word 'Sorry' is not in their dictionary. The project cost went over double the contracted value. The project was suppose to finish in 2 months and now it is almost 2 years but still incomplete. Now I hired someone else and final building inspection is still to be done. I should have fired this company in 2021. My health condition deteriorated and I even sent my health reports to Vincent. This is my story and now you decide if you want to go through same or not.

The first two weeks were great. Then, the wheels fell off. They clearly aren't experienced enough to know the full scope of the job. All the finishes were very shabby. When I asked to see any permits, there were none to show me. Even though they moved walls, did electrical and plumbing work. A lot of corners were cut. The end finish was par at best. They went almost a week over and didn't even offer a deduction even though their contract stated they would. They left our freezer unplugged ruining the contents of it. They didn't put light switch or plugs covers on. Holes were left unfinished in the laundry room. They put a lot of their garbage at the back of the property behind our barn where we couldn't see. Empty containers and chemical bottles were left in the backyard and floating in the pool.
I left numerous messages for them to contact me to resolve the issues and to date still haven't heard back from them. I would not recommend them at all.

Vincent exceeded our expectations on our flooring project. He provided professional quality renovations and superior customer service at an affordable price for 3 bedrooms, 24 steps and corridor.

Hats off to k&v construction on building me a beautiful spacious deck with design, I will certainly recommend k&v to all family members and friends in the near future
