Working with Stephen has been the best experience I've had since owning my home.
I had reached out to help diagnose and repair a leaking chimney and he answered directly and offered to come by the very next day. After flying a drone up and taking a few pictures we determined the issue was unrelated to the chimney itself and Stephen went out of his way to give me a few recommendations on how to fix the issue myself and even gave me some supplies directly from his truck at no cost simply to help me out.
It's so rare these days to meet people who are so forthcoming and helpful. I called another company who was highly rated who only wanted to pitch a complete chimney replacement before even coming to see the job. The difference was night and day.
Big fan of Stephen and only wish there were more people like him out there!
