Irresponsible service with no customer support at all

Maple Road Paving was hired for an asphalt driveway installation earlier this year. However, after it was installed, visible and deep cracks appeared almost right away. I have reached Nick to resolve the matter and asked him to visit. He never showed up to even take a look, not answering phone calls and VMs.
I think this kind of experience deserves to be published and known to potential clients, as I would not wish on anyone to pay for service but get treated that way.
I do not recommend hiring this company.
