Our experience with Malion Contracting was amazing. They worked with our set budget and were able to help us fully renovate our basement to suit our needs.

They were mailable, and so very helpful. They made useful suggestions and were flexible to needs that arose during the project.

We will definitely use them again for other renovation needs.

Our first bathroom renovator requested a deposit of 60% and said that it would take no more than 3 weeks. He demolished the tub and removed all the wallpaper and fixtures. Then he put in some rough cement work. All of this took 3 months. We fired him for breach of contract but was left a big mess and a loss of our deposit of $7,626.00.
Malion Contracting, came to our rescue. They removed the cement work and was able to build us a beautiful bathroom in 3 weeks time. They requested 50% up front but delivered on their promise and we are both VERY happy with the result. I highly recommend this company..
They are honest, communicate through texting and phone calls and delivers on their promise.

He seemed so professional but failed to provide a quote and continued to string us along for 6 months. Watch out for this guy - he is only looking for large profit jobs.
