Today I had Dan come over free of charge to inspect my chimney to see if it needed a sweep he recommended we could get by but to have it done soon Dan was here a year or so ago and did a awesome job and also checked my wood stove as well he treated me like family I highly recommend his service sincerely Jim Baird Oshawa

The chimney in our home dates to 1890 and is an old coal fireplace. Dan did a great job explaining what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. He took great care in making sure everything in the room was taped off and covered for dust. I am very pleased with the work and would recommend his company to anyone looking for chimney cleaning

Pro handy solution was referred by a friend for Chimney Service. My call was answered by Dan the first time we made an appointment for inspection and quote. He and his crew were there on a day and time we had sat and they were able to perform the services same day. Dans very knowledgable and explained what was needed in detail and was very clean and thorough with the work. I will use their service the next time it needs cleaning in a couple of years.

I called up Dan for a kitchen vent issue. I was asking for a duct clean to see if issue can be fixed. He came on time and conducted a inspection. Updated that even if he does a duct cleanup, issue wont be fixed as this has to do something with mechanical issue like weak exhaust fan in closet and advised no to do cleanup. He could have done cleanup and take charges for it. But he didnt. He didnt even charge for inspection. One of rare professionals and gentleman I have seen. Thanks Dan.

Both the places hadn't been used for a while , Zac took the time to explain the process , gave me a very fair quote and carefully completely the work while making sure everything in the home was covered .

He also gave me a demo of how to rightly use the fireplace ( me being a first time user ) .

The work done was amazing , they cleaned by nicely and overall they were very professional and friendly at the same time answering all my queries with a smile !
