I called up Dan for a kitchen vent issue. I was asking for a duct clean to see if issue can be fixed. He came on time and conducted a inspection. Updated that even if he does a duct cleanup, issue wont be fixed as this has to do something with mechanical issue like weak exhaust fan in closet and advised no to do cleanup. He could have done cleanup and take charges for it. But he didnt. He didnt even charge for inspection. One of rare professionals and gentleman I have seen. Thanks Dan.
