Moltus Construction is an amazing company! We finished our basement and they were amazing! Extremely organized (day by day plan), responsive (answers to questions within a day), accommodating, and honest. Mike gave great suggestions, was always mindful of being cost effective, and treated the project as if it was being done in his own home. Nick was great too, communicating next steps and on site most days. Mike was also great at working through any hiccups that arose in a cost effective, stress free way. We are so happy we found Moltus and look forward to using them again in future projects!

Would totally recommend using Moltus Construction for any of your projects. We renovated 3 bathrooms and Mike and Nick were very helpful in turning our vision into reality. They walked us through each steps of the project and gave daily updates on whats happening in the coming days with specific trades. They are also very flexible in the sense that if you want to make a change during the project they will make it happen. When am ready to finish the basement I know who am calling - Moltus Construction!

Moltus Construction built us our dream basement in a month and a half. Mike & Nick are the ultimate professionals and we're with us every step of the way. We were blown away by the attention to detail, the craftsmanship, the cleanliness and most of all the time schedule. Our basement was transformed with new hardwood floors, carpet stairs and bedroom, lighting, heated bathroom floors, upscale fixtures, and to top it off they built us a custom home theatre. They coordinated everything with all the contractors so we only had to deal with Mike. To date Moltus has transformed our basement, put wainscoting and crown moulding through the house, painted our main rooms, installed custom garage openers, installed potlights and done custom wainscoting designs. They have added an extra $500,000 to the value of our home easily, and also rearrange pipes and tubes in our basement to give it a more clean look. We'll be calling them again shortly to help with our backyard

Project started off well but as we got down to the last week it did not go as well. Lack of communication -- job never finished but they were quick to receive their monies. Mistakes were made that were brought to their attention but never rectified. Just be careful if you are using this company as they make promises and commitments and all is great when the job begins but as the job goes along it is not so pretty any longer.

The house was all original from 1979 so we had all the floors done, staircase and trim work. Mike was great to work with. He was able to present us with lots of options and ideas. Mike has the ability to understand your vision and blend it with many styles so that you get the look and feel you want for your home while maintaining the budget that you wish to work with. He is very easy to talk to and work with.

Mike brought his expertise in helping us make the right decisions for our renovation. He and his crew were professional, trust worthy, neat, tidy, efficient and experts in there trade. Mike put together a schedule and kept us informed in every step and completed the project as expected on time and budget. My wife and I are super pleased with our new kitchen. I highly recommend Moltus Construction for your next renovation or building project.

We had Mike and Adam come in and transform our front foyer and stairwell walls. I can't stress just how amazing these guys are. The attention to detail sets the bar high and I honestly don't think we would be able to trust anyone else with our house from now on. Mike gave a timeline of 10 days and finished early! They were very considerate of our family life given our toddler's napping schedule. We appreciate his eye for colour as he recommended the perfect tone to fit our house. Mike and Adam are hard workers and just good people. 100% Recommend.

Can't say enough great things about Mike and his meticulous work. His attention to detail and craftsmanship are one of a kind. He kept us posted on timelines and gave us options for the stone based on our decor and style inside the house. We are thrilled with the Renovation results! Can’t say enough about Mike and Moltus Construction!! Mike showed up every day and kept in touch with us throughout the entire project. He had innovative suggestions for design and used top quality products. He constantly demonstrated that he has an eye for detail and delivered beautiful results all within the agreed to timeline.
