Terrible Customer Service - Unresponsive Management

Extremely frustrated with management and customer service. Had a job completed after 3 days of rescheduling and no communication or updates from the office. I had to call numerous times to confirm if they are coming or not. after their second cancellation was told they would come next day between 2-6. plumber shows up 10 am no call beforehand. thank goodness I was home. I was told we would receive the plumber report for insurance that evening once payment received. Paid in full and have had to chase them for over a week to no avail, to obtain the report to submit for an insurance claim. Every time I call I'm told they will look into it, they are busy. No one could put me through to a manger because "she comes and goes, we don't know when she will be here". Given a general email to reach the manager Kait. Then I get a email with a vague report of the leak which I cannot submit to insurance. Asked for the report on letterhead and was sent the same vague "report" on a blank pdf. No letterhead. Easily something I could have created on my own and unacceptable to insurance. Up until now I have not received a legitimate report, nor has anyone reached out to provide any info or update on this. if you require work done that may need an insurance claim, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They only care about getting payment and once they do... too bad for you.
