Contacted them Monday and Adrian arrived today (Tuesday). Very impressed with Adrian's expertise and friendly manner. Fixed my washer problem in a jiffy which made me so happy since I love my old Kenmore and want to make it last as long as possible. Will definitely be using them again as all my appliances are aging.
