I had a master bedroom bathroom that required full renovation. This was a project I started thinking I should be able to do it after watching numerous videos on YouTube. I consider myself a handyman, with experience in plumbing, electrical, tiles installation and so on. I even took the 4 days Schluter systems part 1 & 2 courses in Vaughan. In theory, I'm an expert. Practically, not there yet. Anyway, it turned out, my project failed when it came to installing tiles on the floor and the shower walls. So, I stopped and turned to experts. Not to many contractors are willing to accept an already started project by someone else for liability reasons.
What I liked about Carlo and his team: punctuality, professionalism, good communication, honest price. The project took 4 days to be completed by Matthew and Nick. This included: removing and reinstalling all the floor tiles and shower pan and walls, vanity, toilet, re-modify the shower plumbing/drainage, mirror, light fixture, full paint, door frame installation. The sliding glass and door shower was installed by other two experts from Carlo's team. The bathroom turned out to be nicer than expected. It is a very small bathroom where the bathtub was converted into a shower. It looks bigger and brighter now.
I gave them 5 stars for their professionalism and expertise. I wish if there was an option for 6 stars. They have many years experience in this field and it shows.
My advice, if you never did a bathroom reno, don't do it. It takes more than just to be a general handyman. Call Carlo and he will make you happy.
What I used on this reno: vanity with sink, toilet and light fixture from Costco, glass door, sink faucet and shower column from Bathdepot.ca, tiles from Rona, experts from BATHROOM PRO.
