The Front door camera we purchased on our own didnt have a long enough cord. Rhoan was willing to call the visit an initial consultation and not charge us. He advised what additional items we would need to make the installation. He then presented an alternative solution that worked better than what we had purchased on our own accord. His solution was also cheaper, and did not involve any drilling in our home. He also patiently helped us set up the app and showed us how it works. We love the solution. He is knowledgeable, friendly, resourceful and knows what it is to provide excellent customer service. Im glad to provide this recommendation.
