Jay was very professional and courteous. He has many years of experience installing carpets, and it shows. There were a couple of very minor areas I wasn't 100% satisfied with, and he was happy to come back to fix them. I would highly recommend his service to anyone looking for carpet installed. We shopped around, and he was also priced better than some of the larger stores. I also liked the fact that I didn't deal with a salesperson and then some other installed who I had never met. I dealt only with Jay and he did the install himself.
