I paid for this company to complete a job. We agreed on a price then I paid them in advance for work to be completed. They did not complete the job for what they got paid for and left without completing what I paid for.

From our understanding, there was issues with payments and last minute design changes which had already been installed. We have subcontractors at many sites and yes issues will occur like this when they aren't paid.
