Very good job by Ilya, he was professional, knowledgeable amd reliable. I recommend his work and was very happy with the result. I will ise them for other appliances when required.

Our Maytag dryer developed this awful squeal and we contacted GNA appliances on a Sunday. They responded right away and the next morning Ilya came and diagnosed the problem. He ordered the parts and returned. He was very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. I would use him again for all our appliance repairs and recommend him to others. I was very satisfied.

I understand why they have a five star Google review & their HomeStar ratings are so high!

Earlier today around 9am when attempting to do my first load of laundry, there was a huge & sudden leak from the bottom of the washing machine. I checked & realized it was not just loose hose. So I used google to find someone who could come to diagnose and possibly fix the problem with my 13 yr old Kenmore washing machine. The person who took my information was courteous and promised to have somebody show up between 11 AM and 2 PM.

As the problem seemed pretty bad to me, I also looked for a local laundromat and then for a new washing machine in case I got bad news.

At lunchtime, a very friendly Ilya showed up and quickly took apart my washing machine looking for the problem. He was honest and upfront when he realized he had bad news and he apologized when he told me there was a crack at the bottom of the machine.

Ilya even took a picture to show me because it was at an awkward angle and told me that it could be fixed but it would be expensive and he apologized again. Before he could say more, I said it’s a 13 year old machine so I think I just should probably buy a new one. He agreed that was a good idea & what he would do in my position.

Before he left, Ilya put everything back together and apologized again for not being able to give me better news.

I really appreciate the care & prompt service that I received today. I’ve saved the company’s information in case any other 10+ year appliances that I own break down & I need someone to come to tell me honestly what is wrong.

Called and they responded quickly. Even showed up earlier than appointment. Related well with us. We u derstood and gave advice for the future. Frige and dish washer in top shape again. Will always call them. Keep it up Vitaly

Although I was extremely disappointed in our Dishwasher pump not working after not even being three years old, a whirlpool part, I was extremely satisfied with our repair man Vitaly and the quick service we received from the company.

Vitaly was very pleasant and respectful to deal with and he knew immediately that it was the pump that was not working.

I would definitely use this company for a repair again.

Excellent job by Vitaly. Called GTA appliance on Monday afternoon and they had Vitaly there Tuesday morning. Vitaly quickly diagnosed the issue with the dryer and fixed the issue within the hour with parts he had in stock in his truck. He was very professional and courteous. Will continue using GTA for all my appliance repairs.

Great service. On time as scheduled. Respected our home and provided honest assessment. Would have been thrilled if it could have been fixed, but Eli advised it would be in our best interest to replace rather than fix. Almost the same cost either way.

Our freezer recently stopped working and after doing some research I contacted a couple companies including GNA. GNA was extremely responsive and had the quickest availability so I decided to go with them. Vitaly arrived early in to the time slot given and was super helpful and friendly. We originally thought we were going to have to replace the freezer but after Vitaly completed his diagnosis he was able to find the problem and fixed it on the spot. Vitaly was extremely professional and careful ensuring not to scratch the floor when pulling out the freezer. I would highly recommend Vitaly and GNA as they do amazing work!

My fridge has never cooled this well before, now it works like a brand new fridge, saved me from buying a new fridge Thank you Ilya for this nice work.
