My automatic washer stopped working I called and Vitaly from GNA Appliances came out to service it. He was prompt, friendly and very professional while in our home. He was able to pinpoint the problem and had a replacement part in his vehicle.
He changed out the defective part and my washer was ready to use in less than an hour.

11 year old Electrolux Dryer showed error code E64 and it was overheating and not completing cycle. It was explained that heater must be replaced. Vitaly came and professionally replaced the part, showed me the issues with the defective part, cleaned and vacuum the inside of the dryer and tested the dryer in less than one hour. Vitaly was very efficient, communicated the different tasks and was very professional.

The Technician was knowledgeable, polite, helpful, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He provided Excellent customer service! I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family for their appliance repairs.

It was determined the part I needed is no longer produced but Vitaly was very professional and friendly. He gave me knowledgeable advice and a number of alternative solutions. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again in future, or recommend to others.

I called GNA appliances when our refrigerator stopped cooling. The response time was impressive as we scheduled a technician visit for the next morning. Vitaly arrived promptly within the scheduled window. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. Even though the replacement part was not in stock, he took time to help me understand my options and set an expectation for when the part may arrive. The part arrived quicker than expected and the replacement went smoothly. Vitaly was also very friendly and polite. I don't hope to have appliance issues in the near future, but if I do, I know who to call. Would definitely recommend Vitaly and GNA appliances.

Both washer and dryer went out at the same time Vitaly came in knew exactly what needed to be done and was in and out no mess no time great to deal with.

The service person was prompt to arrive, it seems he new exactly what the problem was. It took him very little time to fix it.
