Vitaly was on time, professional and very efficient. I felt the price was worth the time spent because of the professional work done. I was very satisfied with the service, would use them again and would have no problem recommending this service to others.

My LG washing machine would not function. Avi the technician who came to service the washer was punctual, cordial and very personable. He examined the machine by trying a cycle and quickly knew the problem. He ordered the needed part immediately.
About 1 &1/2 weeks later, he returned extracted the old part and replaced the new part. The cycle worked like a charm.

Our washer was acting up. Vitaly called before the appointment to confirm that he was coming. He was punctual, courteous, and knowledgeable. Turns out the stator was bad, and potentially the drum and bearing as well. It was going to be more to fix than to get a new washer. Vitaly was great in giving advice, to help us reach the decision to get a replacement instead of fixing the old machine. Highly recommend Vitaly and GNA Appliances.

We needed to have the glass stove top on our stove replaced. I called GNA Appliances for an estimate. They were prompt in providing the estimate, ordering the part and scheduling the installation. Vitally, the service technician was polite and professional. He let me know when he was on his way. I would call GNA Appliances for future repair services and would also recommend to others.

No work was completed by this company, they charged us $75 to lay on our floor for 30 min while the empty dishwasher ran then told us nothing was wrong. The next day my full dishwasher leaked all over the floor again as we said. We called them back to order the part & set up another visit asap - they didn't order the part until 2 weeks later. They did nothing & charged $75.

Called on Sunday and received an appointment for Monday morning. Vitaly was punctual and followed all safety protocols for covid. He also explained everything he was going to try and showed me something new on my machine.
So I also learned new things. He explained that my drain hose was into the pipe too far and fixed that as well.
Ran the machine after he left and it operated perfectly, great work.

I had a problem with my dishwasher and dryer. Vitaly provided a great diagnosis on the dryer (athlete is too old and there are no more parts to fix— there are some other things going wrong with it so it would be easier just to buy a new dryer).

For the dishwasher, Vitaly quickly and easily fix the door cleaned out the pump and filter, and gave me some good maintenance advice going forward.

I am really happy with his level of service, and I would totally recommend this company and Vitaly to do the job that you need done!
